"That's true, I expect." Bria replied with a shrug. "And as for honesty..." She smirked at this. "I suppose... but if you've spent nearly your whole life running from... certain... people, honesty is the thing you find in least supply."
Bria mentally kicked herself for the fifth time that day. Another bit of information you never mention publicly; but then again, nine people out of ten on this planet were wanted for something or another.
She turned her gaze outside the alley, the question of why Luke wasn't leaving still on her mind.

He wasn't surprised by her words, by now, and it was true, he had expected such, the kind of people on this world being who they were.
"Which is why it's so valuable," he commented, following her gaze towards the busy outside world out of the alley.
"Anyway, I suppose I ought to thank you for not killing me," Luke said with a wry smile on his face.

Bria grinned sheepishly. "And I should apologize for trying to do so without getting my facts straight." Pausing for a moment, she smiled again before replying.
"And honesty is always in short supply. That's the way of the Empire, I s'pose." Her eyes followed every person who passed the entryway, a habit she had developed early. She frowned slightly. Everyone seemed to be going by at a supernatural place... or perhaps she was just being paranoid.

"It's okay," he said, smiling with a nod. She must have been through a lot in her young years to make her this way. Everyone had a choice, though, to choose the side of good or bad (or the middle, like in some people's cases). He was glad she decided to choose the right path, in his case. Not only for his own personal safety reasons, though that was a big factor.
Indeed, it seemed like the crowds were in a frenzy today, not that there was much to compare it to since Luke had gotten here, the Alliance had just barely set up camp, so to speak. But as crowds go, it was a little unusual.
"Look, I better be getting back," he said, an eye on the sunlight streaming through the opening of the alley. "If you ever need anything, just ask for me."
He was sure with the information she now possessed she could find the alliance easily on this planet. It was a risk for them, too, as well, if she ever got captured, or even simply bought off. But he thought it was worth it to help out someone. If he made a mistake, then he'd have to deal with the consequences.

Off in the distance in an ally a crashing came. A man was on the ground, and a stormtrooper held another man much shorter than him against the wall. Another trooper had a rifle pointed at the man on the ground, and another kept bystanders away. The Trooper who had the man against wall began to yell. "Listen you scumbag, you give me one more remark about the empire and I'll have you and your family killed." He shouted, and then had another trooper stun the man to the point of being knocked out. He then let the man fall to the ground. "TK-657 to command, offender in custody, will be sent in for questioning." He said in his comlink. "Lets go." He said, and the troopers began to move on down the road, dragging the man off.

Wedge Antilles, commander of what once was the great Rogue Squadron, was busy working on repairs of his T-65 X-Wing starfighter. He looked up at the ship and saw his R5-D2 unit Mynock welding the laser canon into place. "Hey be careful with that," Wedge said, the little R5 unit beeped at him and he smiled.
He saw Luke's X-Wing unoccupied and wondered where his friend was. He had offered to accompany him during his trip, but so he rushed out of there. He picked up his commlink and decided to leave a message:
"Hey Luke...what's taking you? Your ship is prepped...and guess what, it seems R2 is throwing a fit you're not here. Luke, do you copy?"
Wedge wore his orange flight suit and in his holster was a rebel alliance issued blaster pistol, the light cartridges stored in them allowed for quick shooting, and after a while recharged. Most of the ships were still busted up from the move to the planet. Something was terribly wrong, he could feel it.

Bria nodded absently still staring outside the alley. Everyone was shouting and pointing now... at what...? The teenager cursed under her breath and slipped her gun from its holster.
"I've got a bad feeling about this." she muttered under her breath. Turning back to Luke she said hurriedly: "All right hen, you go." She felt as though she was deserting someone, but...
She ran out of the alley, stunned slightly by sunlight streaming into her eyes. She cursed again, shielding them, but the sun's glare was still keeping her from seeing a thing.
Luck sometimes fails.

The uneasy feeling seemed to be eminating from everyone rushing through the crowd, and Luke stared, sensing a disturbance nearby.
"Goodbye," he nodded to Bria, dashing out of the alley himself, focusing on the disturbance. It didn't take him long to find it, he heard the voices of the Stormtroopers and saw them dragging a man off.
Just then Luke's comlink buzzed, and he stood against a building wall nearby.
"Hey Luke...what's taking you? Your ship is prepped...and guess what, it seems R2 is throwing a fit you're not here. Luke, do you copy?"
"Hey Wedge, I'm in the city. Looks like we have a bit of an Imp problem," he whispered, trying not to draw attention to himself, which wasn't that hard in the crowd. "I'll be there as soon as I can. It looks like we've worn out our welcome on this planet."
He placed it back on his belt and pushed through the crowd to get to the Stormtroopers. It was like going through a sandstorm, every step forward was pushed back twice. But he made it through and ran up to the 'troopers.
"Hey! Hey you!" He waved wildly. "We need some help over here! I've found something!" A little Jedi-mind trick would help.

Wedge was just about to check on the compartment below his X-Wing to see if the right supplies were there when his commlink beeped. He pulled it off his belt and heard Luke:
"Hey Wedge, I'm in the city. Looks like we have a bit of an Imp problem. I'll be there as soon as I can. It looks like we've worn out our welcome on this planet."
Wedge knew Luke was in the thick of it already, so he didn't bother questioning where he was at the moment. He ran to the pit crew and began issuing orders:
"Alright people, that was Luke, seems we've worn out our welcome on another planet. Prep whatever ships you can for take off, make sure the security turrets are prepped outside. Someone go man it. Oh, make sure the ships are fueled...I'd really hate it if we just made it out the hanger to be shot down because our speed was 2 mph."
Wedge watched as some crew were putting a fuel hose to his X-Wing. He himself helpe out the best he could. His brown hair was matted against his head after what seemed a good ordeal. Most of the ships were barely flight worthy, those that couldn't fly a ship were to get to the nearest escape shuttle.
"Mynock...get into place...I may need a quick escape when Luke comes. And R2...get into Luke's X-Wing...last thing he needs is a lost droid to worry about." He then ran to the equipment shelf and pulled out his helmet.

The troopers nodded to the one holding back the crowed. The lone trooper walked up to luke."Show me." And then followed. The other troopers watched. "Meet at the landing point." They said to the one leaving, and walked off with the man, faster than usual. They knew a crowd could take 2 troops out before help could arrive.

Bria shook her head, finally able to see... and she didn't like what she saw. Imperial troops anywhere weren't a good thing, but she had suspected as much that the rebel base was here.
"Bria, you're getting too softhearted... and you're talking to yourself." She said quietly, attracting the attention of a nearby civilian. She shrugged and searched the flood, suddenly hearing Luke's voice rising from the crowd. Either he was brave, too sure of himself, or being stupid. Or maybe all three.
Still arguing with herself, she followed the stormtrooper that Luke had caught attention of, ducking into an alley, for the second time that day. She was probably doing the wrong thing, but...

Oh great, they were splitting up. Luke had hoped the lot of them would come. Well, he'd have to think fast on this one.
"It's in this alley. I seriously think that it's a huge problem, and the old guy never stood a chance--"
He pointed to one of the many dark alleys. As soon as the Stormtrooper was where he wanted him to be, i.e. out of sight from the crowd and the other Imps, he attempted to grab the 'troopers blaster and stun him with it. He wasn't going to kill him in cold blood or anything like that with his light saber, and he had stopped carrying a blaster ever since he became a Jedi. He hoped he could get done with this guy and take out the other Stormtroopers and run back to the base as soon as possible.

The stormtrooper was caught off guard. "Hey!" He yelled as he lost his blaster. "TK-485 rebel attack!" The stormtrooper yelled in his com-link and tried to run.

Bria shoved herself back into the boxes and rubbish, watching as someone- she couldn't quite make him out, but he looked familiar- lead the stormtrooper sown the alley. The person- Luke- suddenly make a grab for his gun. In a wild moment, she set her gun to stun, she leaped from the shadows and fired, but couldn't see if her shot hit... wonderful.

"TK-485 rebel attack!"
Oh no.
Luke's blue eyes widened and he managed to aim his gun and just before he pulled the trigger a blue blast of energy surged past him and hit the stormtrooper. He blinked, looking at his weapon which didn't go off, and turned to see who had shot behind him.
"Bria! What are you doing!?" It was a more positive 'what are you doing' rather than aghast or upset. Also a very surprised one.
