If there's anything at all that you could have had a say in the saga, making the movies or part of the storyline, what would it be?

I'd like to have the ending of Return of the Jedi to be where it would've showed Han & Leia getting married^^ That would've been pretty cool^^ Plus I wanted Padame to live^^ Instead of dying^^ I have more give me time lol^^ ;D

The droid saying Padme had lost her will to live at the end of Episode 3 would have gone straight out of the window. She had two kids on the way; if that's not a reason to live, there's no such thing as one. I would have changed that to say that Anakin's Force Choke technique had also constricted internal organs and caused her fatal damage. Palpatine's thought that Vader had killed Padme in his anger is far more accurate a reason for her death then losing the will to live. That really, really bugged me. A lot.

Amen to that, Vader. I would have had her live a couple years as a handmaiden in Bail Organa's household like I think they were actually planning to do, but she died of a broken heart or something. I don't think it would have mattered to Vader so much because he might have assumed she died anyway unless he could find her through the force or anything. It bugged me too, it didn't seem like something the strong woman that Padme seemed to be...would do. And I would have loved to see Han and Leia actually get married too.  |
