This entire thing was screwed up in Jag's opinion, going along with Vader and his plan. Even trusting the man seemed almost impossible. Here he was though, placing his life and the lives of all those rebels in the hands of a man who used to rank among the most hated beings of the galaxy. He was only topped by the Emperor. So far though the plan seemed to be working.
Even though that was the case, Ofnir kept his hand on the metal cylinder that was positioned in his sleeve. If he needed a weapon, then the only thing he had at the moment was his grandfather's lightsaber. If that failed him, then he highly doubted these stormtroopers were prepared to take it easy on them.
I wouldn't mind if someone woke me up right now. Heck, I'd welcome it. This was probably the worst situation to be in, so in fact it almost seemed like a dream. Of course, Talisman wasn't going to leave these Rebels in Theed to be executed by the Empire. So that meant that they had to trust Vader, for the moment.
(sorry for the delay, I've been out of town.)

Following the group as they slowly made their way into well...the heart of danger, Wes stuck to the shadows and kept an eye on any trouble. There didn't seem to be any trouble, so far.
With their luck, this was a bona-fide miracle in itself. He crept close to the group but not close enough to be seen by anyone, even with the large amounts of troopers everywhere. He was suspicious of Vader even with all that had happened--who wouldn't be--so he was twice as amped up as usual, ready to react on a nanosecond's notice.
Unfortunately that made for an itchy trigger finger. He was crouched behind some barrels when a Trooper stumbled and looked as if he was leaping for him. In an instant, he shot his weapon before realizing it was all an accident. The wild blaster shot glanced off of the armor but it was enough to knock the Trooper out for a good long while.
"Oops." He stood up and attempted to pull the rather hefty Trooper up and over the barrels when an Imperial Officer walking by noticed. He didn't see Wes madly duck down, but all he saw was a Trooper slumped over the barrels.
"What's going on?" He looked down arrogantly with his Coruscani accent. "What are you doing, man?"
"Dropped my blaster, sir, it was malfunctioning," Wes covered his mouth and did his best mechanical imitation of a Stormtrooper's voice as he hid behind the unconcious man. He grabbed the armored arm and moved it around a little like a puppet. A bead of sweat trickled down his dark hair.
"See to it that it gets taken care of at repairs," the officer said before walking off.
"Yes sir!" Wes managed a poor salute before he let off a deep sigh of relief and mopped the sweat out of his eyes. He took a peek and saw that no one was near, so he dragged the unconcious man behind the barrels and snuck off, hoping he didn't lose the others already.
The shuttle was going to be taking off, and he knew there was no way he could possibly get on the shuttle without looking the least bit conspicuous and blowing the whole mission. Of course, he technically could have taken the Trooper armor and pulled a Wedge, but it would still look suspicious for one lone Trooper to be needed all of a sudden.
No, he could get out of here on his own and back to his X-wing. Easier said than done.

Lord Vader watched as the prisoners were loaded onto his personal shuttle, overseeing every 'transfer' himself. When the precious cargo was loaded, he turned to his 'second in command,' Wedge Antilles. "I want these prisoners taken to the proper location before I arrive there. See to it personally Sergeant; I don't have to tell you 'Failure is not an option.'" With those words of menace - which were meant half as a playful threat and half in utmost seriousness, he turned and began to walk back toward the center of the city of Theed. "I have other business to tend to." He was, of course, referring to his son. He was still on this planet, after all, and Anakin intended to do the first fatherly thing he'd ever done for the young man in his life by finding him and getting him safely off of the planet.
He was almost surprised that nobody had noticed his missing lightsaber, but of course they wouldn't have said anything about it even if they had...
[Vader has officially left this scouting mission]

Selene was aboard the ship already. Still acting as a prisoner. She was feeling a little uneasy that her group was divided now. But at least the innocent people were safe. And now the ship was taking off. She was at least there to take care of them. They had no idea they were free. She just sat by a little girl about five years old. Selene's heart leaped in concern as she saw the little girl smile at her. Selene smiled back at the little girl. She was the only one who knew they were all safe now. That there was noting to hurt them any more. Vader really came through. There may be hope for him yet. If she had a say , but she doesn't, she'd take him as her friend. She just leaned back on the wall and exhalled. All was okay...for now...

Wedge Antilles was glad all went according to plan, that the prisoners were now safely aboard the shuttle bound for the rebel fleet. He was still unsure how the Rebels would take to Vader walking onto the main ship. Admiral Akbar wouldn't like it, nor would Mon Mothma. He watched Vader set off into the city...no doubt to talk to his son. Wedge didn't see Wes anywhere, which made concern cross his mind. It wasn't like him to miss lift off. He turned around and faced one of the Rebel soldiers they had just rescued. "Take the shuttle to the Rendezous point...I have one thing left to do in the city."
Wedge began walking back into the city to find his friend, it seemed he was losing friends more now a days then gaining. As he turned around he watched the shuttle take off to its designated site. As he unholstered his blaster pistol he saw a few stormtroopers walking towards him.
"Hey...where is that shuttle going?!" Wedge grinned beneath the visor of his helmet then shot the stormtrooper point blank. As the other realized what had happened he took a shot at him. Wedge rolled into an open doorway and heard the blast sizzle the door hinge. As he waited for the blaster to recharge he put his back to the wall. Sound of reinforcment was coming...getting out of the city now...seemed a maybe.
"I guess I won't need this anymore," Wedge took off his helmet and shook his sweaty head about. As he poked his head out he popped a stormtrooper down with a blast to his neck...then he saw more stormtroopers. "I have a bad feeling about this."

There was a figure running quite fast towards Wedge. One couldn't see it at first, but the blaster fire gave it away. Wes was being chased by about ten stormtroopers, and he was yelling his head off and waving his arms as he spotted his friend with the Trooper helmet off.
Apparently he didn't quite get away with the trick he pulled with the unconcious Stormtrooper (and he had been surprised to get away with it at all) as the officer had gotten some troops and doubled back, finding him. In any case he had been outnumbered and the only thing he could do was bail out of there if he wanted to make it back in one piece.
"Wedge!"
He had his blaster in one hand and was flailing it about as he ran as fast as he could, sweat beading down his dark hair. He caught up to the other man, and took a second to bend down, panting, holding his hands on his knees.
"I think we wore out our welcome. It might be just me, but I think the Empire knows that we're here."
It was looking to be a rather poor fight if they did put up one--the reinforcements were getting reinforced themselves and those Troopers could move surprisingly fast in all that armor. Wes wished that their X-wings were just a little bit closer.
If they made it out of here, it would be a bona-fide miracle.

The rebel sergeant was stuck at the rendezvous point and still saw no sign of Wedge or Wes. He paced up and down and bumped into the Astromech belonging to Wedge called Mynock. He apologized and then scratched his head, a rebel corporal walked to his side with a questioning look. "Sir...the transport with the Prisoners has left. Shouldn't we be gone as well?"
"We should...but then again we still have three X-Wings here. Skywalker happened to be one of the many who disappeared into the city and has yet to call in. The Empire won't claim this city...not if I have anything to do about it."
"But sir-." The Corporal began, but then saw the glare the Sgnt. gave.
"I'll lead a troop into the city myself," he charged his blaster and then waved his arm forward. "Lets go boys!"
With a rallying cheer the soldiers marched into the city, some on vehicles, others had to endure a treacherous walk. As they came to the city they met some trouble. At the beginning two were dropped by grenades, three were wounded in the chest...casualites already.
"Take cover," and with that said the battle became intense.

(I know it's a little lat to join, but I thought it was a great time to join. If it's not alright tell me) After dodging a few blaster blots Paige ran to the cover of a small wall outside a building. She ignited her lightsaber and peaked up deflecting a few bolts back at the troopers. After taking a blaster pistol off of one of her dead comrads she fired at the troopers as well as deflecting their blaster shots back at them.

((It's alright, afterall...it's just a heated battle))
"No...you think," Wedge said with a grin and dropped to a kneeled position and took out a stormtrooper with a gernade. The trooper hit the ground and as some of the other troopers of lower rank tried to help him up; were blown up in the process. Wedge then rolled forward to avoid any angry retort from the others. As he waited for his blaster pistol to cool down he counted 5 seconds before getting to his feet. The sound of reinforcement was always enlightening, but at the same time he knew they were grounded.
In all his time serving in the Rebel Alliance, he never saw such a flaw in plans. Naboo had been said to have no interest to the Imperials after that loss in the data logs, however upon entry they find scouts and the city flooded with their vile smell. He was hoping this place would house them for a while, after their loss on that planet a while back. He sighed in frustration, knowing that it may come to yet another evacuation. Who knew when that blasted Death Star came within firing distance.
"At least the prisoners got off safely," he said with a smile. Then he heard the sound of a lightsaber and thought for a minute it was Luke, but as he peeked his head out he saw a woman swatting bolts like she was a pro. It appeared that she was on their side. Vader was also...and no doubt where he was at the moment in his mind's eye. The planet was becoming deadlier every second they stalled.
It saddened him that things weren't going to work out. The Rebel Alliance had not had a proper rest since...he couldn't tell. Yavin 4 was nice and relaxing, but after the Death Star blew Imperials had found them...sending them into the fringes of space until settling on Hoth. Then before too long they were found again...a dreadful battle followed, one in which they only took down a few walkers, though in truth it was just one. After that it was over Sollust where they had attacked the second death star...the attack failed and many were captured.
"Don't you hate it when Paradise is attacked? It seems we are all due for a very long vacation...but the Empire keeps stripping us of it...sooner or later this deprived break may cost us," he knew full well what he spoke of, mainly because most of the traveling in space consisted of boring jumps.

As the firing started all around him, Jag pulled off the white stormtrooper helmet that was serving as a disguise and pulled out two Merr-Son Power 5 pistols that would serve well enough in the coming engagement. Stormtrooper armor was bulky, and Talisman had no idea how they could wear it. At least the TIE pilots were given some comfort in the clothing they were forced to wear.
The first two shots took a hostile stormtrooper in the chest and nearly flipped him as he fell to the ground with two smoking ebony holes in the spotless white armor. Jag hated shooting people this close, it got so personal. When you were in the air, no one knew who you were and you didn't know who anyone else was. Everyone was on equal terms up in the air. On the ground though, it was a full out bloodbath.
He started to run back down the hallway after hearing Janson yell for Wes. Talisman heard the troopers before he reached the intersection of the two halls. Right before the point where the two halls met, Jagged dropped to his right side and let the armor take over. his momentum carried him past the intersection while he fired at the three troopers who were still running toward him. One fell after the blasts hit him square in the chest, and another dropped as they hit his thigh. The other soldier though was a little more lucky as only one of Jag's bolts skimmed the helmet he was wearing to protect his face. He fell out of shock, but Talisman knew he wouldn't stay down for long.
The pilot ran up to the other two Rogues just as Wedge made his comment. While reloading blaster packs in his pistols, Ofnir responded. "Yeah, but without these attacks, we'd be out of a job." He wasn't used to the ground combat, but with each passing second he was growing more comfortable with the fact that he wasn't going to do something stupid.

Wedge grinned as Jag said that, it was true. If they were to stop fighting, would any of them be able to live? He had felt that way when they had won the battle against the Empire during the first Death Star. They had been sitting in their quarters celebrating, then the calm was erupted. Wedge knew it was too good to be true. As he rushed out of the Temple he looked up into the sky and saw Imperial shuttles dropping boxes into the forest. As they popped open several imperial chicken wakers stampeded towards them. With that Wedge and Rogues ran to their X-Wings to take care of the trouble.
After that...they had to make a hasty retreat. After that Wedge had little time for himself, no one did really. And then after Hoth Luke left Rogue Squadron putting him in charge. Blaster fire drilled into the wall he stood up against, all his memories coming through in brief flashes. Popping another power pack into his blaster he took a step outside and leveled a few stormtroopers.
"Well guys...it is my sad duty to say...Naboo is a lost cause. Vader is somewhere looking for Luke, a Jedi is out there being pummeled by blasts, and here we are cornered like rats...ok womprats. If we do get out of here...it'll be a long sprint to the X-Wings. Any ideas men?"
